Our centre environment integrates Wellness Architecture principles to create a nurturing setting for tamariki, kaiako, and whanau.Village Green is part of a collection of four family-owned and operated centres in the North Island of Aotearoa. Our other centres are Eden ELC, Northcote ELC and The Park ELC.The roleAs our ECE centre manager, you will lead the creation of our foundation teaching team and deliver a nature-based curriculum that inspires exploration and discovery.Key responsibilities include:Recruiting and leading a team of passionate educators.Ensuring compliance with ECE regulations and high standards aligned with Te Whariki.Building strong relationships with whanau, staff, and the community.Managing daily operations, occupancy, and financial viability.Promoting sustainability and fostering a nurturing environment.About youYou will have:Centre leadership experience.
