Management - Schools (Education & Training) ACG Remuera is a modern, spacious early childhood centre, specifically designed for children to investigate and explore an inquiry and play-based learning environment, carefully constructed to achieve the best learning outcomes for every child. We are seeking an inspirational Centre Manager to lead our team of highly qualified early childhood educators, foster the culture, ensure the professional running of the centre and continue to deliver excellent early childhood educational outcomes for the children in this established centre. Key Responsibilities are:Ensure the efficient running of the Centre, implementing management policies and ensure that all statutory requirements are metPromote the philosophy and educational aims of the Centre to staff and parentsCo-ordinate long term and daily programmes for the Centre, and monitor progressSet the tone for the culture, role modelling good practices and behavioursDevelop strong professional relationships with staff and parents.Exercise responsible judgement involving decisions related to childrenInspire, lead, organise and oversee professional development of the teamCandidates will haveCurrent teacher registration/certification with relevant early childhood qualification.Leadership experience with an ability to develop and motivate a team to deliver best practice childcare servicesFamiliarity with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations and Code of EthicsCollaborative approach to working with stakeholders and other Centre Managers in our network Experience ensuring the professional running of a centre and the delivery of a high quality early childhood curriculumWe offer competitive remuneration consistent with a premium international schools group, discounted childcare, parking and other benefits.For more information on our beautiful centre please visit: https://www.remuera.acgedu.com/Please apply at https://jobs.inspirededu.com/job-invite/3541/  Your application will include the following questions: Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?
