This is a full time fixed term role from February 2025 – August 2024.About us:We offer an all day Montessori Curriculum at Grey Lynn Montessori and our routines start with children being welcomed into our childcare centre and being able to freely choose from various curriculum areas. All our materials are displayed on low shelves that are easily accessible for children, empowering them to follow their innate interests. Children can engage in activities independently, 1-1 with childcare teachers, with a peer or in small groups within an uninterrupted block of time. This supports and strengthens their ability to concentrate, make their own discoveries and master skills at their own pace.About you:As our Centre Manager, you will have access to an excellent support network within the Busy Bees whanau, along with a Regional Manager who is committed to coaching and developing your success. We value Professional Development for all our teachers and are committed to upskilling and growing your professional development.As a passionate and experienced leader, you will wear many hats to allow you to manage in an ever-evolving environment and be adaptable to meet a variety of needs. You will have a strong "on the floor" presence, providing mentoring and role modelling of exceptional teaching practice to the team.
