We're looking for a strong, warm, and experienced leader who can motivate teams and create an inclusive, supportive environment for families and staff.
Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage the centre independently are essential.
A reflective mindset, openness to learning, and a drive for continuous improvement are also key.
As Centre Manager, you will lead with purpose, ensuring high standards of learning and care, managing enrolments, and overseeing smooth operations.
Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture where children, staff, and families thrive.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
Role requirements: B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher certification Strong understanding of child-led curriculum, pedagogy and curriculum Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices You'll be known for being a great coach, who can unlock the potential of others; you will have previous leadership experience You are an innovator, both in input and output – being part of simplifying the way we do things excites you!
