Our centre has strong connections with local schools such as Everglade Primary, Hill Park, Manurewa Central, and Redoubt Primary. We actively engage in school events and partner closely with our sister centre, BestStart Everglade Babies.
We're looking for a strong, warm, and experienced leader who can motivate teams and create an inclusive, supportive environment for families and staff. Excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to manage the centre independently are essential. A reflective mindset, openness to learning, and a drive for continuous improvement are also key.
As Centre Manager, you will lead with purpose, ensuring high standards of learning and care, managing enrolments, and overseeing smooth operations. Your leadership will foster a collaborative culture where children, staff, and families thrive.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
