Administration with impact! Part Time 20 hours per week. Use your accuracy and attention to detail to help the smooth running of our centres. We recognise the important role that our Administrators play in the smooth running of our Centres, and we have an opportunity for a superstar Administrator to join our team at Pascals St Johns. ECE in Aotearoa is a regulated industry and compliance is paramount - as an Administrator with Evolve you help to keep everything in order, and ensure our Kaiako and Centre Leadership teams are well supported to do what they do best - ensuring incredible learning outcomes for Tamariki. At Pascals St Johns, we're not just a centre; we're a supportive community dedicated to holistic child development. It's a home away from home for both our Tamariki and Kaiako and Support Staff. Typical areas of focus for your day-to-day would include: Processing enrolments and supporting paperwork General admin support to the Centre Manager. Ensuring that every child's attendance, absence, pick up and drop off times are accurately recorded. Entering staff hours into our payroll system. What we are looking for in you: Administration or Reception experience (Childcare Centre experience preferred but not necessary) Confident computer skills and excellent attention to detail. Ability to build and nurture respectful and trusting relationships with all our tamariki, whanau and staff. Great organisational and time management skills.
