Kirwee Tree House Learning Centre – Rolleston, South Island
Are you an organised, detail-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional administrative support? Our sister centre Little Ferns Early Learning Centre is seeking a dedicated Centre Administrator to join our team!
Qualifications & Experience: Strong background in administration, with experience in managing various administrative tasks.
Must be confident with payroll processes, online software systems, Xero accounting software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Tech savvy – confident with social media.
Knowledge of WINZ funding entitlements and experience using childcare management software is advantageous.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Compassionate: Demonstrates a caring and understanding approach towards whanau.
Accounts Knowledge: Good general understanding of accounts processes and customer account query resolution.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: A fast and efficient learner who is highly organised and meticulous with details.
Customer Service: Fantastic customer service skills with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
Attention to Detail: Accurate and thorough in all aspects of work.
Time Management & Organisation: Efficiently handle tasks and meet deadlines.
Approximately 30 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling for the right person.
