About the role / Mo te turaka mahiWe are looking for a Reservations Agent with great attention to details to join our fun friendly Central Reservations team in Auckland City.
This role will be responsible for managing and loading reservations from various markets (, Wholesale and Corporate segments) for our Sudima Hotels Branded properties, taking incoming calls, answering queries and inputting reservations into the online system, all whilst ensuring accurate information is entered our customers feel valued.Who We Are / Ko Wai MatouOur parent company Hind Management, builds, operates and manages high-performing hotel, restaurant, and spa businesses.
