As our new Central Regional Manager, you will drive up to 10 retail teams across the North Island to build trust with our customers in the fitting room.As part of our Senior Retail Team based out of our head office in Auckland Airport Oaks, you will create an environment where people are valued and support our teams to bring to life our purpose every day. Work with Store Managers to drive sales and track PNL, inventory, centre statistics, and wage control. People management, including performance management and team development, to ensure alignment to the Bendon CORE values and way of working. Adhering to health and safety and risk compliance needs for your remit.Encourage a customer service approach, demonstrating the Bendon 'customer first' philosophy. Cost management, continually reviewing best practices in association with the Australasian operations manager.What we are seeking in our next Central Regional Manager:A person with Multi-Site or Multi-Department management experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage 50+ team members. A proven track record of driving sales and delivering on KPIs and budgets. High financial acumen, with experience working across a PNL. High visual merchandising standards, with experience in apparel or clothing retail. A willingness to learn and a can-do attitude.
