This role oversees the Central Support Team, providing an efficient and effective administrative hub that supports a healthy, multiplying movement as a locally empowered, centrally resourced, multisite church.
Key responsibilities include management of finances (budget, systems, oversight), property and facilities, compliance (e.g. health and safety) and information technology.
This is a permanent, part-time (0.6) position.

You will have:
Proven organisational skills and competency in strategic thinking, business acumen, decision-making, and problem solving.
Ability to translate vision and mission into staffing, budget and facilities plans.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proven presentation skills.
A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business administration, or equivalent experience in a multi-staff setting, using current technologies.
Ideally, at least five years experience in leading, developing and managing a team(s) in a church, non-profit or business setting.
Experience with finances of a large organisation and establishing commercial arrangements.
Experience in project management, with a track record of getting projects completed on time and on budget, while working well with others in the process.
