Cellar Door Host - Fixed Term

Responsibilities: Greet and welcome all guests with a warm and professional demeanour.Host wine tasting for small and large groups, providing a friendly, informative, and engaging experience. Setting up tables for dining and/or wine tasting.Take lunch orders and deliver food to tables promptly. Clear tables and assist with washing dishes and glasses.Prepare coffee beverages.Processing payments using POS and handling cash transactions. Re-stocking wine on shelves and the chiller as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the cellar door and outdoor areas to ensure a pleasant guest experience. Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory - full training will be provided.Availability to work weekends is essential. Strong teamwork and communication skills.A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about wine and hospitality. Benefits: Join a friendly and dedicated team.Gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry.Enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Marlborough.
