What will my day look like as a Chef at Kamana?
You could be serving up smoked salmon on our house-made bagels during breakfast, preparing a palate cleanser for our degustation menu during dinner service, or you could be creating special moments for any number of events, but what will remain the same is your dedication to exceptional service standards, and ensuring our guest's experience meets their expectations.
Ensuring that all dishes are cooked well and presented in an aesthetically pleasing way Preparing specific food items and meal components at your station.Collaborating with the rest of the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and service.Improving your food preparation methods based on feedback.
