The Cathedral of Mary Immaculate Parish in beautiful Nelson BC is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Parish Office.
This is a part-time position; 20-25 hours/week with a starting wage of $21/hour or commensurate with qualifications and/or experience.
Role: To provide reception and administrative services and information management to assist the Parish.
Includes: Reception duties, processing mail and emails, answering phone calls Producing parish communications such as the bulletin Booking parish center and meeting rooms Providing other duties as required.
Requirements - Necessary Skills: Excellent communication skills Strong computer literacy Administrative and organizational ability Knowledge of basic accounting Start Date: 08/30/2024 Compensation: $21/hour or commensurate with qualifications/experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
