Tasks & responsibilities

Catering Event Management - Manage the set-up & delivery of events as per client expectations under the oversight of the Operations Manager on behalf of Collective Hospitality
Team Management - Manage & supervise FOH staff to deliver on client & customer expectations, on time, on budget & within scope.
Liaising with Stakeholders - Ops Admin, Culinary team, Sales team, Client, Suppliers, Facilities etc.
Promote Excellence - Embrace the Collective Brand standards & values in all facets of our venues, service & client delivery

- Health & Safety - Adhere to all Collective Health & Safety procedures; comply with individual site safety standards


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
