About the role

We are on the lookout for a committed and enthusiastic individual who loves being in service and connecting with people to join our team in a Full-Time Team Category Support Coordinator within our Liquor department at Auckland Airport.

Our Aelia Duty Free store provides our customers with a range of Duty-Free Products and we are looking for people that have a genuine interest in helping customers shop for all their travel needs!

To be successful, you will need:

An ability to engage with our customers and make every transaction magical

Demonstrated experience in leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and exceptional presentation standards

Commitment and accountability to ensure you and your team are

To bring your higher self to work and show respect for others through your words and actions

To be flexible to work a rotating roster across Monday to Sunday which may include early mornings, late nights, weekends and Public Holidays.
