We're looking for a Category Manager who lives and breathes beauty, makeup, and fragrances. The Role: As the Category Manager for Beauty Products , you'll be the driving force behind our makeup, fragrance, and beauty ranges. You'll develop category strategies that keep us ahead of trends, source exciting new products, and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the best pricing and selection. Key Responsibilities: Develop & Implement Category Strategies: Shape and execute strategies for beauty, makeup, and fragrance categories that align with market trends and customer demand. Product Trends & Market Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest beauty trends, analyse competitor activity, and track product performance. Supplier Relationships: Build and manage relationships with key suppliers to negotiate the best deals and ensure timely delivery. Product Assortment & Pricing: Curate an exciting and trend-forward product range while maintaining competitive pricing and profitability. Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that drive sales and build brand awareness. Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize product categories. Testing and trailing the newest beauty products: Determine what to drive the strategy and bring the latest products to market. What We're Looking For: A passion for beauty products , makeup, and fragrances, with a keen eye for trends. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with suppliers. Analytical mindset: Ability to interpret market insights and drive category growth. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Commercial acumen, with proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems. Experience in large-scale buying is highly regarded. Familiarity with NetSuite and TONIQ software is a bonus.
