As a Category and Contract Lead based at Fiona Stanley Hospital, you'll be central to delivering high-quality services that contribute directly to clinical care and patient wellbeing. You'll lead the procurement and contract management process, ensuring value for Serco and its stakeholders.
As the Category and Contracts Lead in the Estates team, you'll make a positive impact by:
Developing and implementing procurement strategies for the Infrastructure and Equipment portfolio
Managing Estates contracts, including supplier relationships and dispute resolution
Leading category management to minimise risk and maximise value
Collaborating with internal teams, including Legal and Operations, to meet service delivery needs
Supporting and developing team members to achieve service excellence
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and procurement policies

To be successful in this role you'll have:
Proven experience in category and contract management, particularly in operations and maintenance
Coach and mentor a diverse team with 4 direct reports
Proven leadership and relationship management skills
Strong commercial and contract negotiation expertise
Knowledge of asset management, building/site management, or a similar technical field
Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Procurement, or a related field (desirable)
