Casual Team Member - The Warehouse, Gore

Job Description We're looking for people who are customer-focussed with a positive attitude and a great work ethic!
As a casual team member your day will be varied with customer interaction, and working in a variety of areas.  All casual roles get involved with most areas of the store so no two days are the same.  Loads of variety, people contact and opportunity to learn and progress.
We are seeking real team players, with a great attitude and a tonne of initiative to assist our customers with product queries and service.
Our stores are fast-paced environments and you must be keen to dig in where needed to get things done.
We need people who like working and sparking conversations with customers, ensuring they have an exceptional experience in store.
Please note this is a casual position to work on an on call basis - there are no set hours.
We operate 7 days a week, ideal candidates will be available to work during school hours.
Qualifications Friendly and positive attitude with a strong customer focus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment Basic numeracy skills and attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights Previous retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential Willingness to learn about our products and services Ability to work in Gore, New Zealand Additional Information There are many benefits that come with working for the largest retailer in New Zealand, including lots of career and development opportunities.
