Your primary focus will be to ensure customer expectations are met by accurately picking, checking, assembling and dispatching of items for stock, sale, or alterations. In addition, maintaining precise stock control and issuing items to various departments within the company. The role also involves identifying and implementing continuous improvement programs to enhance warehouse efficiency.Key Skills and ResponsibilitiesYou will play a key role in achieving daily dispatches on time, container devanning, and ensuring systematic checks are completed promptly. Collaborate with your supervisor/manager to establish and implement improvements within the warehouse operations.Inwards goods, operations, and outwards goods dailyAssist in maintaining DIFOT>98%, Inventory Record Accuracy > 99%, and other key performance indicatorsIdentify financial implications related to warehousing/logisticsSupport the Logistics Manager/warehouse team, prioritizing inbound/outbound ordersEnsure accuracy in table cutting and roll checksMeet key timetables for Central Warehouse operationsUndertake other related activities as requiredHolding a forklift license is advantageous, but not necessary as full training will be provided.What we offerCompetitive salary and commissionTools of the tradeOngoing training and development opportunitiesJoining a market leader that values staff development, customer satisfaction, and celebrating wins.If you're ready to make a significant impact, join our team today!
