We are currently recruiting for a Casual Sales Consultant for our brand new Manawa Bay Outlet Store.
The WHO?
The Bendon stable of brands is made for everyone from the first bra experience to post-mastectomy. For the past 75 plus years, we have lived by the same vision: make ALL women feel comfortable and confident for life. Pleasure State, Fayreform, Bendon, Me.byBendon, and Lovable are all designed by us, with expertise and feedback from our retail teams.
A single bra has 25 individual parts, takes 5 months in development, and is available in over 26 different sizes. Being a specialist bra-fitter is not only a skill taught within the walls of Bendon but is a rewarding life-long career.
The WHAT?
As a team member, you will:
Complete a 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified.
Learn the Bendon approach and interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during, and after a fitting.
Thoroughly understand the customer's needs; consult with customers as experts in the field to share our knowledge and find the best fit.
Participate in the success of the store through operative tasks such as merchandising, processing stock, and monitoring KPIs.
Be an active part of the team, embodying the team model and CORE values.
Commit to our 2024 black-out period: Monday 25th November 2024 - 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025. No leave will be approved over this time.
