Qualifications: Our successful applicant will have : A NZ Registration and a current Practicing Certificate Proficient in assessment, care planning and implementation Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with MDT and communicate effectively with residents and their families Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and public holidays as needed.
