We are a high energy team that provide a range of services to our internal and external clients, including: Greeting clients and visitors to our offices Managing and setting up meeting rooms Providing a switchboard service Performing administrative tasks Providing technology support to meeting attendees To be successful in this role you will have: Previous professional experience in a similar environment (desirable) Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to complete a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and to a high standard Culturally responsive and motivated to work with a range of demographics Excellent, well demonstrated knowledge of conferencing and meeting room technology and systems Can-do attitude within a team environment These are 'Casual', on-call positions so your hours are not guaranteed each week and will vary subject to the needs of our business.
