sKids is looking for a passionate and energetic Programme Assistant to join the team in both our Waihopai & Windsor north school site! As a Programme Assistant, you would play an important role in 'growing AWESOME kiwi kids'.Perks and Benefits we offer: 50% discount on selected programmesEmployee Assistance ProgrammeReferral BonusGreat team environmentExcellent career development to a Programme Manager and up!You will: Supervise and assist children in programme activities e.g. art and craft, sport, games, offsite visits and activities (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking/cooking, drama and music.Ensure that the working environment is kept clean, tidy, hygienic and safe for all children, staff, parents and visitors to the programme at all times.Liaise with Programme Manager, parents and guardians as necessary in a timely manner to ensure open and timely communication.Assist the Programme Manager as required to run the daily format as scheduled as per duties outlined on the task list.Participate in all staff training including but not limited to induction training, first aid, behaviour management, health and safety, child abuse awareness and risk management.Report back to the Programme Manager with any concerns regarding a child or behaviour issues etc.Hours of work: Minimum 12 hours per week. Monday - Friday: Stay and Play between 2.30pm to 6pm as rostered.Possible shifts available in our Holiday Programmes.Who are we?
