Drake is looking for a reliable individual for a casual devanner role to work with our client in Rolleston, Canterbury. This on-call position offers flexible hours and is ideal for those with a dynamic schedule. Shifts may be scheduled with as little as a day's notice.
Requirements:
Availability for on-call shifts, often with short notice.
Physical stamina to lift up to 25kg and work in a physically demanding environment.
Previous experience in warehousing or manual labour is beneficial, but not essential.
Reliable transport to Rolleston, or living locally.
Strong team player and committed to safety.
Responsibilities:
Unload goods from containers and move items in the warehouse.
Organise and stack products safely.
Assist with inventory checks and general warehouse duties.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised work area.
Communicate effectively with the team.
