About the Role
The Wai o Rua - Stratford Aquatic Centre Customer Service Officers are the superstars at the front of our facility. You will work hard to ensure a seamless process for entry and facility bookings. You will show immense pride in the facility by promoting and understanding the services and products on offer and have excellent communication skills in person and on the phone to create the ultimate customer experience for all.
We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our team on a casual, on-call/as required basis.

About You
You will have proven customer service skills with the ability to grow positive working relationships with customers, staff, and community groups. You will be competent in the use of online and computer-based programmes and participate in looking for continuous improvement for systems and processes.
You will work well in a team environment but also on your own. A Level 2 First Aid Certificate and Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate would be an advantage, but not required.
All Aquatic Services roles are subject to a police reference check under the Vulnerable Children's Act 2014.
