About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Casual Caregiver at Woodfall Home and Hospital.
As the successful candidate, you must have a certificate in Health and Wellbeing (or equivalent) and/or at least 2 years' experience in caregiving, have empathy for the elderly, and be dedicated to making our rest home a wonderful place to live and work.
About You: Experience preferred but not essential.
Capable of managing challenging behaviours.
Good communication and listening skills.
Must be available for Night Shift, if needed.
High energy, enthusiasm, and a team player.
Be flexible and have reliable transport.
Be punctual, reliable, and honest.
Dynamic and team player.
You must be empathetic but also firm and resilient.
Be able to engage with family and be culturally sensitive.
