As a Senior's Case Manager your role is assessing financial assistance to support clients in retirement, including making referrals to support agencies. You will ensure that your clients are receiving their full and correct entitlements and that they have access to emergency grants and support if required.A broad knowledge of financial assessments and overseas pensions is essential. You will also work closely with community groups supporting Senior's clients.You need to be able to work at pace, make sound decisions, and show empathy when working with clients. Strong relationship and negotiation skills are useful, and you will be able to motivate and empower others to overcome barriers in a non-judgmental way. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, pressured environment and enjoy navigating through unexpected challenges.
