Salary: (B04) starting from $68,660.00 - $83,003.00Full-time, Permanent RolesHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pmWe are seeking Case Managers to join our teams in Waikato Region. The focus of this role is to help support people into employment, emergency housing, administer hardship grants and other financial assistance as required.

What you'll need to succeed | Ko nga mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitu Work independently and collaboratively with other team members to assess client needs and develop personalized support plansProvide case management support, advice, and guidance to clients in a timely, professional, and empathetic mannerManage a caseload of clients and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progressConduct interviews with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to identify barriers to employment and develop strategies to overcome themMonitor client progress and make adjustments to support plans as necessaryNavigate various computer systems to record and manage client informationMaintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation and policiesIf you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable people and have the skills and experience required for this role, we encourage you to apply.
