What you'll be doing | He aha tau e mahi ana As the face of the organisation, you will be working alongside whanau to find out what is important to them and to support them into training or employment opportunities.
The whanau we serve come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. You will empower whanau to take the lead in developing and achieving their goals.
You will build strong relationships and work collaboratively with others to enhance outcomes for whanau. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with your peers and partner agencies to give and receive support when needed.
You will be organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills. You will also bring a high level of personal integrity and initiative and be able take ownership and responsibility to follow through and deliver for the people in our community.
We are seeking motivated people who are passionate about helping people from diverse backgrounds, and who have an aspiration for the whanau of Tairawhiti to flourish, whilst being immersed within the community.
