You will have in-depth discussions with our clients to uncover employment options and appropriate financial independence support. Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. On any given day you'll interview clients, either over the phone or face to face, all with different circumstances and receiving different types of support from us. You'll work with clients to navigate through changing labour markets and opportunities, empower them to achieve their goals and to take steps towards a better future with sustainable employment.What you'll need to succeed | Ko nga mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angituYou will be pragmatic and empathetic and enjoy helping people from all backgrounds. You will be exceptionally organised, with sound decision making and problem-solving skills.
