We are looking for qualified carpenters to join our team. You'll be working as part of a team, comprised of plumbers, electricians, HVAC Technicians and our building maintenance crew, ensuring our clients' facilities are maintained to a high level.
We have 6 positions available for the role in the following areas of work: All new commercial builds, commercial alterations, commercial renovations
Main duties:

Interpret designs and drawings to prepare relevant materials
Purchase timbers and materials and determine layouts of project
Use carpentry tools to cut and assemble according to plans
Set up framework, roof framing, lay sub-flooring and floorboards and verify trueness of structures
Nail fascia panels, sheath roofs, and fit exterior wall cladding and door and window frames
Assemble wooden material to form structures
Use professional tools to cut wood joints
Repair existing fittings
Other carpentry works

Hourly rate: $29.00 to $35.00.Minimum 30 hours per weekWork location: Auckland region
Requirements: 3 years relevant work experience or relevant qualification in carpentry, good communication skills; attention to details, positive can-do attitude
