Cargo Operations & Customer Service Executive

We are committed to delivering exceptional standards of service and support, ensuring that our clients and partners experience excellence in every interaction.Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesPrimary DutiesLearn and operate reservation systems for various airlines.Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and other computer software.Available for cargo operation duties as per airlines' requirements.Construct aircraft cargo load plans with a view to maximizing capacity and payload.Coordinate with airlines' ground handlers to meet their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Engage with clients to promote, book, and assist with all requirements in air cargo services.Perform post-flight checks on cargo uplift and coordinate with transit hubs and receiving stations.Handle post-flight coordination with clients.Work as a team to manage customer inquiries, bookings, quotations, tracing, claims, etc.Keen learner and self-motivator with a passion for aviation preferred.Committed personality with a "can-do" attitude.A team player.Ability to work independently once trained in airline systems.Skills and ExperienceApplicants with airline cargo experience will have an advantage; however, this is not required for committed applicants with the right attitude.Additional InformationThis position is based at our Airport Oaks office and includes a package with discounted travel, competitive remuneration, and bonuses.
