Job Title: CaregiverLocation: AucklandNumber of Positions: 3Employment Type: Permanent Full-TimeWorking Hours: At least 30 hours per weekDays Required: Irregular hours, including evenings and weekendsHourly Rate/Salary Band: $26.16 - $28.25 per hourYour main role is to provide personal care to aged residents with dementia or paralysis conditions. You'll need to be prepared to do varied household tasks to support our residents, such as but not limited to helping them bathe, dress, shave and perform other personal activities. Key Responsibilities:

Assist and support residents in their daily routines.
Accurately document relevant information and report any issues, concerns, or changes to senior staff.
Adhere to the Rest Home's policies, procedures, and work instructions; seek guidance when necessary.
Follow Health and Safety policies and ensure the safety of yourself and others in the workplace.
Be familiar with and follow appropriate emergency procedures.
Treat residents with respect and dignity at all times.
Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy regarding residents' information.
Ensure all areas are kept clean and tidy.

Job Requirements
Applicants must have:

A relevant Level 4 qualification or above.
Strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work under pressure.
A clear drug and alcohol test result.
A clean criminal record.
