You will be partnering with our DC leaders to deliver both strategic people and operational priorities.Key responsibilities:Coaching and building capability of leaders within the Distribution CentreProviding effective HR operational advice and support across our team member lifecycleFacilitating learning & development programs to help build leadership capability, and culture with the team.Working in agile as part of the Group People Team, participating and delivering on key work streamsDeveloping credibility with leaders to allow for coaching and delivering feedbackEngaging in effective stakeholder management to deliver outcomes for the business unit aligned to people strategyWhat you'll bringYou will bring relevant industry experience ideally within a blue collar industry. You will have experience working across a diverse employee demographic and having some experience working for a unionised organisation.
