About the role | Ko te mahi nei We are seeking a dedicated and organised Learning and Development Coordinator to join our Employee Experience team. You will coordinate, implement, and support the delivery of learning and development programmes to enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, playing a key role in shaping the future of our workforce. This is a part-time and a fixed term role, 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Your focus in this role will include: Plan, schedule, and oversee learning and development activities, including workshops, seminars, and e-learning modules. Act as the main point of contact for learning and development inquiries and collaborate with internal teams and external training providers. Assist with setting up internal training modules through the utilisation of a content creator tool (training will be provided). Support employee experience projects to improve workplace engagement and culture. To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience: Qualifications in relation to learning and development would be an advantage. Proven experience in a coordination role, preferably in a learning and development environment. Proven ability to build effective working relationships across various stakeholders.
