This is a full-time role with working hours from Monday - Friday. You'll effectively be the business lead, responsible for all staffing and budgeting. Other responsibilities of the role will include:Management and development of your direct reports with full accountability for all aspects of recruitment, coaching, performance and recognition.Maintain and build wholesome relationships with residents, their families and other stakeholders, including being primary point of contact for at times difficult situations.Support appropriate clinical decisions, including recognition of when it is appropriate to seek additional clinical input.Plan and co-ordinate audits, implementation of policy changes and liaison with NASC, DHB and other relevant external agencies.Foster an inviting team culture and drive collaboration across the village.About YouYour experience working in a clinical environment will have armed you with a strong knowledge of the care industry, including Te Whatu Ora standards. You'll have a genuine passion for driving team culture and making a positive impact on people's lives.
