Capability Developer – Waikato Region •    Permanent, Full-Time Role •    Location: Waikato Service Centres •    Salary range: $78,222.00 - $94,689.00       Are you passionate about capability development and creating positive learning environments?
Join the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) as a Capability Developer in the Waikato region and help shape the professional growth of our frontline teams.
You will be based in one of the Waikato Service Centres, this can be discussed at interview.
What you'll do | He aha tau e mahi ana   As a Capability Developer, you'll be pivotal in supporting the learning and development of staff across the Waikato Region.
Your role includes:   •    Designing and facilitating capability development plans tailored to individual needs.
•    Measuring the impact of learning initiatives to ensure they align with MSD's goals.
•    Providing expert coaching and advice, boosting staff confidence and service delivery skills.
•    Collaborating across teams to improve client experiences.
•    Traveling between service centres in a mobile role to meet development needs.
What you'll bring | Nga pukenga kauneke   •    Proven experience in capability development, coaching, and learning facilitation.
•    Ability to assess learning effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement.
•    Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
•    A valid Full New Zealand Driver's Licence and the ability to drive a Ministry vehicle.
