Campaign & Content Specialist - Fixed Term VetSouth Listed 2 days ago
Listing Description Location: Southland
Job type: Fixed Term Contract
Description We're seeking a fixed-term Marketing Campaign and Content Specialist to collaborate with our teams in sharing our stories and opportunities with the world - spearheading marketing efforts for our Sheep, Beef, Deer and Publications Portfolio.
Our mission is to provide better veterinary services to New Zealand, ensuring we stay one step ahead. We're looking for a marketing extraordinaire with expertise in copywriting, digital marketing, creative flair, and strong relationship-building skills - someone eager to make a meaningful impact.
Does this sound like you?
With an eye for detail, a head for technology, and a heart for people, you're committed to getting the job done right. This role offers a dynamic blend of campaign work across sheep, beef, and deer sectors, publication management, marketing communications, and making connections. The ideal candidate will be ready for exciting career opportunities with multiple veterinary brands and take ownership of communication efforts within our organisation.
As you bring a wealth of communications and marketing experience, you will be expected to hit the ground running! Whether that's developing publications or marketing materials, collating content for multimedia communications, or planning and delivering events, you will undertake the development and delivery of communication activities for our sheep, beef, and deer (SBD) portfolio, with a focus on direct-to-client communication and encouraging conversion.
Beyond this, we are very much a team, and at any given time we don't hesitate to muck in, making sure our colleagues and clients (and their animals) are being looked after - so if this sounds like you, this might be the role for you!
So if you are experienced in marketing and communications, and:
are a confident, clear, and calm communicator with exceptional copywriting expertise;
have sound knowledge and understanding of farming (specifically Sheep, Beef, Deer);
have a creative flair, balanced with an eye for detail;
love problem solving, learning, and finding creative solutions;
show strong organisational and time management skills;
are experienced at using IT solutions for marketing communications;
are comfortable working with and across various teams;
preferably have a background in the agricultural or veterinary industry (but don't let this stop you if you haven't);
We'd love to hear from you!
Just as important as what we do is how we do it. So, we value our team, loving what they do, getting the job done right, being one step ahead, and no matter who they are - being in it together.
The role is based in Southland with different clinic locations available, but expect to travel around our beautiful country to work with our team and clients. The ability to connect with our people on the ground is fundamental.
Candidates may be considered upon application, so please do not delay! This is not a chance to be missed! Contact ****** for more information.
