Call Centre Team Leader

Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year + Quarterly Bonus

As a proudly Australian-owned company, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our not-for-profit and corporate clients. We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Leader with the passion and drive to inspire our team members. While call center experience is beneficial, a positive attitude is what we value most.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and empowering team members based in Australia and New Zealand to achieve their best. You will work closely with our operations team to foster a culture of service excellence and continual improvement. Additionally, you will handle various office administration tasks to support the day-to-day functioning of the team.
