We're seeking the support of a full time Administrator (38 hours a week) to join our team on a permanent basis in our West Auckland team, we're based in Westgate. This is a Mon – Fri office hours role starting in November 2024.
Our administrators receive referrals from midwives and other lead maternity carers, contact whanau to congratulate them on their new arrival and arrange their initial visits with our registered nurses. You will also manage our 0800 number, answering queries from the public about our services and rescheduling appointments.
You will ensure our clients feel understood and important, through understanding their needs, answering queries and resolving concerns. In addition to the phone-based mahi, this position also involves an element of data entry and administration support to ensure both our clients and staff know where they are going, who they are meeting and what to expect.
