- Assist customers in locating automotive parts and products through various inquiry channels, including phone, chat, and email.

**Product Knowledge**: - Maintain a strong understanding of O'Reilly Automotive's product lines and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Continuously learn about new products and policies to stay informed and provide updated knowledge to customers.

**Data Entry and Record Keeping**: - Accurately log customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the database for future reference.
- Process customer orders and returns as required, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.

**Team Collaboration**: - Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions to improve processes and customer service standards.

**Time Management**: - Prioritize tasks effectively to manage call volume, ensuring quick and efficient response times.
- Adhere strictly to scheduled shifts and break timings.

**Feedback and Reporting**: - Provide feedback on customer trends, product recommendations, and common issues to management.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and adapt to evolving customer service practices.
**Requirements:** - **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or customer service is a plus.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
