--- **Position Overview:** The Account Support Assistant will play a vital role in supporting our account management team, providing dedicated assistance to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

**Administrative Support:** - Assist in the preparation and organization of account documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of client interactions, transactions, and issues, utilizing CRM tools effectively.

**Sales Support:** - Collaborate closely with the sales team to support account growth initiatives, including data entry, scheduling meetings, and follow-up communications.
- Help track and report on sales performance metrics to identify and act upon opportunities for improvement.

- Assist in the analysis of market trends and client feedback to provide actionable insights to the account management team.

- **Experience:** - Minimum of 4 years of experience in account management support or customer service, preferably within the beauty or retail industry.
