Job Description: Pacific Life is seeking a dedicated and reliable Call Center Representative to join our team in Auckland, NZ.
This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: 1.
Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting them with their inquiries or concerns.
2.
Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve any outstanding issues.
3.
Providing accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
4.
Documenting all customer interactions in the company's database.
5.
Meeting or exceeding performance metrics such as call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
6.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7.
Utilizing emotional intelligence and persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve conflicts.
Requirements: 1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3.
Strong emotional intelligence and persuasion skills.
4.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
6.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
7.
Must be dedicated and reliable.
