The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of four years of experience in a call center environment, demonstrating proficiency in customer service and communication skills.
As a Call Center Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services.
### Responsibilities - **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information.
- **Issue Resolution**: Assess customer needs and complaints effectively and empathetically, working to resolve issues in a timely manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of Dean Foods' products, services, and promotions, providing clear and accurate information to customers.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system to ensure that all records are up-to-date for future reference.
- **Performance Metrics**: Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to escalate issues and ensure that customer feedback is integrated into service improvements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Participate in team meetings and training sessions to share insights and contribute ideas for improving processes and enhancing customer service delivery.
- **Service Innovation**: Utilize creativity and innovation to find new ways to improve customer interactions and boost overall service quality.
### Requirements - **Experience**: A minimum of four years in a call center or customer service environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant certifications is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess customer needs and develop practical solutions.
- **Personality Traits**: Passionate and motivated individuals who thrive in a customer-centric role and are eager to contribute to team success.
- **Soft Skills**: Must demonstrate innovation and creativity, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving processes.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with call center technologies and CRM software; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- **Flexibility**: Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
