Discovery Communications is seeking a reliable and resilient Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role. Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance goals and provide excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and effectiveness. 3. Monitor call center metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. 4. Train and onboard new call center agents, providing ongoing support and coaching. 5. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management. Requirements: 1. Excellent communication and cooperation skills. 2. Proven experience in call center or customer service management. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4.
