Montoux, a leading provider of actuarial modeling software, is seeking a confident and motivated Call Center Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work in Wellington, New Zealand. As a Call Center Manager at Montoux, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote call center agents, ensuring that they provide exceptional customer service and meet performance targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing call center strategies, monitoring and analyzing call center performance metrics, conducting training sessions for call center agents, and resolving customer escalations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role, with a proven track record of driving team performance and exceeding KPIs. You should possess strong communication skills, be able to think creatively in problem-solving situations, and have the ability to deliver engaging presentations. In addition to the required experience and skills, we are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to continuously learning and adapting to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world.
