This is a Full-Time 12 month fixed term position to cover for Parental Leave, commencing December 2024.
Previous experience in managing café/hospitality is ESSENTIAL. Applicants who do not have sufficient past experience in this role will not be considered.
Columbus Coffee Cafe, situated in Invercargill's iconic E Hayes retail store, is a unique Kiosk style Café offering fresh baked goods made daily along with an exciting cabinet food selection plus hot and cold beverages.

If you:
Enjoy working with food and thrive in a fast-paced and organised environment
Have a proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service while leading a young vibrant team
Have experience managing or supervising a small team within a cafe or hospitality role
Have Barista skills and an open mind to learn the Columbus Barista standards
Have a solution-focused attitude with a can-do mindset
Can start your working day at 7.30 am, min 35 hours per week across a 7 day roster
