Cafe Manager

Main duties include:
·      Manage the daily operation of the café;
·      Plan and organize special functions or events;
·      Collaborate with Chefs to plan new and update existing menus;
·      Ensure customer services are provided according to business standards;
·      Deal with customer inquiries and complaints;
·      Manage stock level, and maintain stock take records
·      Ordering according to budget;
·      In charge of Eftpos machine system, and maintain all financial records;
·      managing staff roster and control labour costs;
·      Recruit, instruct and oversee staff
·      Implement the health and safety regulations;
 
Requirements from you:
·      Related diploma or above qualification;
·      3 years related work experience if qualification is not available
·      Morning start is a must;
·      Management skills;
·      Great communication and customer service skills;
·      A good team player;
·      Hands on and able to operate successfully in a high pressure environment
Other Job Details
·      $29.66 - $32 per hour as per experience
·      Minimum 30 hours per week
