We are looking for an experienced Cafe manager to join our dedicated and busy team. start date immediately.
Location: Our shop is located at Hobsonville, Auckland.
Hours of work: The roles are full-time positions, 30-50 hours a week Mon-Sun. 
Pay: We offer a competitive hourly rate $29.66 - $30
 
Duties and tasks:
? Managing the day to day operations of the cafe? Social media management? Stock management and ordering? Daily Barista duties? Liaising with suppliers and organising any equipmentmaintenance required? Recruitment and training of staff for Kneadsrequired? Progression meetings/issuing pay rise/handling payroll queries? Involvement in developing/editing menus? Staff rosters according to labour costs? Cash ups? Implementing and Maintaining FCP to meet requirements
 
Skills and knowledge required:

Relevant hospitality managerial work experience
Friendly patient and pay attention to details.
Fit and healthy.
