We're searching for a Cafe Assistant to join our Atomic Coffee Roasters team. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service and creating unforgettable dining experiences, then this is the role for you!
Why join us as our Cafe Assistant? In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming atmosphere and leading your team to consistently deliver exceptional coffee experiences. You'll oversee all operational aspects, including inventory and supply management, invoicing, cash handling, and resolving operational issues. By collaborating closely with Café Assistants, Baristas, and our Head Chef, you will ensure excellent service and foster strong team dynamics. Additionally, you will help establish our flagship location as a destination café, elevating our offerings and enhancing our wholesale operations.
